4 Stage Treatment
Service Description
The illumiFacial is a 4 stage treatment that consists of the following: 1. Cleanse The first step in achieving clear, healthy, radiant skin will involve a deep cleanse with your illumiFacial practitioner using a specialist formulation to remove any impurities. 2. Tri-Fruit Acid Peel Following a deep cleanse, a unique Tri-Fruit Acid Lynton Fruit Peel will be applied to your skin, for anywhere between 3-10 minutes. This peel resurfaces skin texture and decongests pores, priming the skin ready for stage 3. Lynton IPL Post fruit peel, your skin will be at its optimum condition for the application of the award-winning Lynton Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatment. This works by both stimulating collagen and targeting any discolouration on your skin, e.g freckles, pigmentation, vascular breakouts, general redness. In most cases, the results are instant, providing you with dramatically clearer, firmer skin. 4. Hydrate & Protect To help maximise the results of your illumiFacial treatment, a trio of specialist serums will be applied to your skin post-IPL, helping soothe, regenerate and protect your skin. How does the treatment feel? illumiFacial is a very quick, comfortable treatment. Some people will feel a slight tingling sensation when the fruit peel is first applied which quickly subsides. The IPL aspect of this treatment can sometimes be mildly uncomfortable – most people describe the discomfort as feeling like a ‘quick pinprick’ and ‘warm feeling’, which is very tolerable. What should I expect after my illumiFacial? You may experience a superficial tingling feeling on the skin and you may see a darkening of pigment spots before they flake away – this means the treatment has worked perfectly in providing you with a more even, flawless skin tone. You will also experience an ongoing improvement to the firmness and plumpness of your skin in the following months post-treatment.
Cancellation Policy
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION We Kindly request a deposit for all appointments. We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of treatment if client does not show up or not enough notice is provided. This deposit is used towards the cost of treatment on the day. Should you wish to cancel your appointment outside of 48 hours you will be able to do so with no penalty. COVID-19 PANDEMIC DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY We have a strict non-refundable 48 hour notice cancellation policy. If you reschedule, cancel or cannot make your appointment within the 48 hour notice period you will lose your deposit and you will be required to pay another deposit to rebook. If it is outside the 48 hour notice period you will not lose your deposit and it can be used to reschedule another appointment or refunded back to you in 5 working days. If you reschedule, cancel or cannot make your appointment for Covid-19 related issues, we will require you to send an email you would have received from the track and trace app asking you to self isolate. Once received you will be able to reschedule your appointment without loss of deposit. Failure to do so will result in you losing your deposit. If your Covid-19 related issue is outside of the 48 hour notice period you will not lose your deposit and it can be used to reschedule another appointment or refunded back to you in 5 working days. If we feel the clinic has to close for Covid-19 related issues then we will hold your deposit for future appointments. APPOINTMENT LATENESS POLICY We DO NOT tolerate lateness. If you arrive to any appointment more than 10 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be lost. Any future appointments you wish to make will require a further deposit payment. I understand that by paying a deposit to Laura Hamblin Aesthetics, I am bound to these terms and conditions. Attending my appointment more than 10 minutes late from the time scheduled will mean that Feels Natural Aesthetics have no obligation to rebook me on the same day or refund any money given. TREATMENT COURSES Treatment courses are non- refundable, however balances for outstanding treatments in some cases may be transferred to alternative aesthetic treatments. If a service for whatever reason stops and there is outstanding treatment, we will ONLY issue the remaining CREDIT to be used for alternative services within our clinic. NO refund will given in physical cash or bank transfer. Please speak to our Clinic manager regarding this.
