Appointment lateness is not tolerated; a 10-minute delay may result in cancellation and loss of deposit.
Treatment Courses:
Treatment courses are non-refundable, with remaining credit issued for alternative services within our clinic.

Smoking, children, and pets are not allowed within the clinic.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months, non-refundable, and cannot be split or exchanged for cash.

Refunds are not issued for performed treatments.

A face-to-face review is offered for aesthetic concerns, followed by a standard procedural stage.
